Your Team:
- You will be part of a highly proficient and technically sound team reporting to the Senior Manager, ESS India, Personal Healthcare business unit.
- The team operates collaboratively in a dynamic and innovative space.
How Success Looks Like:
- Functional Performance: Successful execution of manufacturing domain processes, utilizing electronic tools for database management, and effective coordination with ESS sites.
- Time-Based Performance: Timely actions related to organizational change, complaint management, QSF & investigations handling, validation management, and regular reviews to contribute to overall performance.
- Employee Growth: Setting standards, executing company growth initiatives, achieving peak performance, continuous improvements, and contributing to overall efficiency building.
Responsibilities:
- Handle material scrapping for all ESS sites, updating status reports monthly.
- Stewardship & Compliance for all ESS Sites.
- Troubleshooting with the ESS Sites for issue resolution.
- Lead end-to-end third-party vendor operations.
- Periodic tracking & record-keeping of ongoing processes, exceptions, etc.
Job Qualifications:
- Any graduate with experience in SAP, MS Office.
- Preferable: Technical/Science Qualification.
