The Opportunity: Associate – General Administration

As an Associate in General Administration, you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering high-quality services to key stakeholders across verticals/business segments. Your responsibilities will include data cleansing, project form updates, deck formatting, workflow management, shared mailbox management, and various ad-hoc tasks. This role will be crucial in supporting Project Managers and stakeholders in ensuring on-time delivery and effective coordination between global teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute basic administration activities, including data cleansing and updating project forms.
  • Manage workflow activities, such as shared mailbox management and MS SharePoint updates.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc tasks, including access and email distribution list management.
  • Follow up on action items with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Create Minutes of Meeting.
  • Coordinate tasks between various global teams.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

  • 0 to 4 years of overall experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science, or Arts.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity.
  • Responsibility for supporting Project Managers with day-to-day project management.
  • Ability to contribute effectively as a team member.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • Knowledge in Project Management concepts (an added advantage).

Technologies and Tools:

  • Microsoft Excel, Word, and PPT.
  • Microsoft Outlook.
  • MS SharePoint.
